The Swamp Monster Spectra Ken is hand-made from slabs of green, blue, and orange birch wood that was fused together to create a truly unique Ken. The matching tama is a special 62mm Swamp Green BioCore heat shade tama. This special PLA tama is made of a biodegradable plastic and shifts color based on temperature. It also includes a rubberized insert in the bevel.
This Craft Ken comes in a drawstring bag and is available in your choice of the Jet, Luna, Saga, 2UP, or the new KenCo Zen shape. *Note that that only the Jet Shape will include the 3 burn lines on the Ken.
Disclaimer: This Craft Kendama is designed for experienced players who are familiar with the risks of Kendama play and understand the consequences of strong impacts and drops, especially along the cup rims. We highly recommend playing over soft surfaces to avoid damage to your Kendama. Spectra can chip much easier than hardwood kens, and should be played accordingly.
If chipping is a big concern for you, we would recommend our Kendamas made of hardwoods which are better suited to resist chipping.
